We currently offer standard shipping to addresses in Canada and the continental US only.

Shipping fees are based on the product's total value before taxes and promotions. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery zones.

Standard Curbside Delivery

• Up to 15 business days from warehouse dispatch.
• Delivery to the curb only — does not include entry into the property, assembly, or packaging removal.
• An adult (18+) must be present to sign.

White Glove Delivery

• Highly recommended for heavier items.
• Includes in-home delivery to your room of choice, full assembly, and packaging/debris removal.
• An adult (18+) must be present to sign.

• In-Stock Items: Ships within 5–7 business days.
• Pre-Order Items: 4–10 weeks (pending customs).
• Made to Order: 8–12 weeks (pending customs).
• Custom Orders (COM & COL): 14–18 weeks (pending customs).

Orders placed between January and mid-March may experience an additional 2–4 week delay due to Chinese New Year manufacturing pauses.

Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery; items must reach our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and in like-new condition — products with scratches, stains, damage, or modifications cannot be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once delivery services have been rendered. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt of the item in good condition.
